What is your returns policy?  

Please email alex@brumhaus.uk within 14 days of receipt to notify us of your decision to return. See our Terms Of Sale for full details.

 

My print arrived damaged. What should I do?

In the unlikely event that your print has been damaged in transit we will arrange to replace the damaged print at no additional cost to you. Where replacement is not possible, a full refund of the purchase price will be made. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

 

How do I return an item?

Please contact me with your order number to let us know that you would like to return your print. We will supply you with our address for returns. Please note that we are not liable for prints that go missing or are damaged in the process of being returned to us. Accordingly, we strongly recommend that you use a delivery service that offers tracking. We also recommend using the original packaging to safely package the print to minimise the risk of damage.

 

Who pays for shipping on items for return?

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

 

Can I return items that were bought at an art market, in shops, galleries or other e-commerce sites?

Brumhaus branded items not purchased on www.brumhaus.uk are not eligible for return, exchange or refund through our website. If you purchased the products elsewhere please contact the seller to see what their return or exchange policy is. Sorry for any inconvenience.

 

Can I return framed artworks?

Yes, you may return or exchange framed artworks. Please notify within 14 days of your initial collection. They must be returned to us in perfect condition. Please email alex@brumhaus.uk to arrange. Please note exchange items may take a few days to prepare.

 

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

All correctly returned products will be refunded the purchase price. Refunds are processed as soon as possible once I take receipt of the returned goods. Please note that it can take up to five business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.

 

How long until I receive my refund?

Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed. The amount of time for the refund to reflect back on your account will depend on your financial institution. Please contact your bank, credit card company or other financial service provider for questions about timing of returned funds.
