When will my order dispatch?

Art print orders are dispatched within 1-2 weeks. Christmas cards are posted in 3-5 working days. Tracking information will be provided as soon as the order is posted.

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE on unframed art prints posted to UK and EU addresses. For the rest of Europe (non EU) shipping costs £20. For the rest of the world shipping costs £25. Framed prints are collection only. Christmas cards postage: UK £4.00 per order, EU £10 per order, and £20 per order to the rest of the world.

  

Can you post framed prints?

Sorry, no. I choose not to post framed items due to the potential for breakages. Orders can be collected from my home studio in Boldmere B73 or collected from Art Markets.

 

How will my order be sent?

Orders for unframed art prints are wrapped in acid free tissue paper and shipped in a heavy duty mailing tube. All art print orders within UK are posted by either Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Parcelforce (for physically larger orders) and will require a signature on delivery; overseas orders are usually sent Royal Mail International Tracked. When checking out please ensure that you supply a full name and a physical address, such as a workplace, where there will be someone present to sign for your item. 

Christmas Card packs are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 to UK addresses. For orders of 1-4 packs these will be sent as Large Letter so will be able to fit through your letterbox. Larger orders will be sent as a parcel.
